Catch the decay.

Queue the fix. Without leaving WP.

Content Pulse is a WordPress plugin that tracks every page's signals — rankings, engagement, freshness — and opens the refresh brief directly in your Gutenberg or Classic editor. You stop guessing what's wrong. You stop exporting CSVs to figure out what to do.

The protocol

Three vital signs. Watched constantly.

Every page on your site gets a Health Score 0–100, updated every 24 hours. We watch three vitals — and we tell you exactly when to act.

SIGNAL 01 · Rhythm
∿

Decay detection

Rankings drift. CTR slows. Engagement softens. We catch the slow decline in week one, not month six.

SIGNAL 02 · Freshness
◷

Freshness signals

We watch last-modified timestamps, the age of cited stats, and dead reference links inside your copy. Pages have an expiry date. We know it.

SIGNAL 03 · Output
↗

Performance

Sessions, conversions, scroll depth, exit rate — all tied back to the page's Health Score. Drops trigger alerts; lifts trigger studied replication.

RESPONSE
▤

Briefs open in your editor

Click a flagged page and the action brief opens inside Gutenberg or Classic, beside your content. What's wrong, why, exactly what to change. Then publish.

PREVENTION
❖

Cluster intelligence

Pages are grouped into topic clusters automatically. See cluster-level health, cannibalization risks, and structural gaps before they cost you.

PRIORITIZE
≡

Prune recommendations

Sometimes the right move is removal. Pulse flags candidates for pruning, merging, or redirecting — with traffic-impact projections.

Inside the product

What an alert looks like.

Prioritization that actually prioritizes.

Every page enters the queue with a severity grade. Critical pages are losing traffic now. Urgent need attention this week. Watch are softening. Stable are running healthy.

Every alert ships with the fix.

This isn't a dashboard pointing at a problem. It's a brief ready to action, inside your editor — what's wrong, why, exactly what to change. Then publish without ever opening another tool.

+ Opens directly in Gutenberg or Classic editor
+ Optional sync to Asana, Linear, ClickUp for handoffs
+ Pulse re-audits automatically after publish
FAQ

Quick answers.

Why a WordPress plugin instead of a SaaS dashboard?

Because your work happens in WordPress. Sending you to another dashboard to figure out what to do, then back to WP to actually do it, is exactly the friction we built Pulse to remove. Plus: your data stays on your server.

I'm already paying for Ahrefs or Semrush. Why switch?

You don't have to switch. Pulse is cheaper and more action-oriented, but it's complementary. Most customers run Pulse for execution and either downgrade their Ahrefs seat or cancel it entirely once they see the briefs.

Does it require Yoast or Rank Math?

No. Pulse works alongside any SEO plugin or none at all. We read your meta and structured data from the rendered page, not from another plugin's database.

What about non-WordPress sites?

Today, Page Pulse is WordPress-only. That's how we keep it fast, native, and affordable. We'll consider other platforms once the WordPress experience is undeniably the best.

How does it relate to the rest of the Pulse Suite?

Content Pulse handles the pages themselves. Backlink Pulse handles inbound links. Link Pulse handles internal links. SEO Pulse and Traffic Pulse are on the roadmap.
